PRE-ORDERS

  • What does it mean to pre-order?

To pre-order means that you are purchasing an item that has yet to be produced. By pre-ordering, you are helping to get that specific item funded so that we can put it in production. 

Please only place a pre-order if you are willing to wait for the item.

  • What if an item isn't funded? Will I get a refund?
Yes! If we are not able to get an item funded by the timeframe that was set, full refunds will be issued.

 

  • What does "slots" mean?
Slots are the quantity we have available for an item. This could also mean the number needed to be sold to produce an item. It depends on the context.

  • How long does it take to receive a pre-order item?

It can take 1-3 months just to produce an item. Once complete, the items are shipped to us where we clean and sort the goods so that we can process your order.

Please understand that times could vary depending on our manufacturers. We will communicate any delays through our social media platforms.

  • What if I order an in-stock item and a pre-order item?
We will wait to ship out your order until pre-orders come in.
If you would like an in-stock item to be shipped immediately, we suggest placing two different orders.

 

  • Why are pre-orders cheaper than in-stocks?
The primary goal for pre-order items is to get them funded so they can be produced. For that reason, pre-orders have a limited amount of slots and are cheaper than in-stocks.
  • Do you accept refunds?
No. By pre-ordering you are helping to produce a product, for that reason we do not accept refunds. Once we reach the funding goal for that product, we immediately make the payment to our manu(s).
Refunds will only be given if a product doesn't reach it's funding goal to produce or a refund from our manu is issued.

GENERAL

  • Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do ship internationally. We use First Class international shipping via USPS.
International shipping is $14.25 USD. 

 

  • How long does take to receive an item if I'm ordering from outside the US?
Shipping times vary. COVID-19 has significantly impacted shipping times, so we do not have a definite answer. From experience it can take up to a month to receive an item.

 

  • I want to combine the shipping for my orders, is that possible?
Yes (but not always)! When placing your secondary order, please include a note that says "COMBINE SHIPPING" and we will automatically do that for you. You will have to pay for the shipping cost in your secondary order when checking out, but that will be refunded to you as we go through orders and combine the shipping manually. We ask for your patience. We will only combine shipping if asked to do so.


We will state if we are combining shipping in the shop update posts on social media!

If you wish to combine shipping with a pre-order item, we will not combine shipping until the pre-order item has been funded and payment has been submitted to our manu.

  • How long does it take to ship out an in-stock item?

3-5 days!

If we are expirencing any delays in shipping out in-stock items, we will provide updates through our social media.

 

  • Do you accept refunds for in-stock orders?
Yes, but only if you contact us before your order is shipped out. Once your order has been shipped, we do not accept refunds as your goods are already on their way to you.

 

  • Do you accept GOs?
Yes! We ask that GOMs message us either on Instagram or Twitter to open a GO.

 

  • Where can I find updates?
All updates are posted on Instagram and Twitter. We highly suggest you follow us there for all updates!
