1.Prices are charged in USD and shipped from the United States via USPS.

Upon purchasing an item, you will receive a confirmation email. We ask that you take the time to check over your order and shipping address carefully to confirm that everything has been entered correctly. It is your responsibility to contact us to fix any errors.

2. All orders placed during a pre-order period are final.

3. All orders are final once shipped.

4. We are not responsible for items damaged during transit.

We take much care in packaging your items and that they arrive safely to you, if there is any damage any of the times the fault is due to mishandling by the postal service.

If there is severe damage, please contact us to bring the issue to our attention. We also ask that you provide a photo of the damage so that we can better assist you.

Please ensure that your address you provided was correct. We are not responsible for packages that do not arrive due to an incorrect address. If your package is returned to us for this reason, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping charges.

5. We are not responsible for stolen or lost pages.

Once a package is dropped off at our local USPS office, we no longer have any responsibility for it. We have access to the same tracking information that is given to you and have no control of the shipping or delivery status of the package.

If you have any issues with delivery of your package, we ask that you contact your local USPS office as they can assist you.
